Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification. All orders are shipped using a 3-5 day delivery service.

If you are not entirely happy with how your order has arrived, simply send me a message via the Contact page.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let me know within 12hrs of placing your order by sending me a message via the Contact page and a refund will be issued. After this time unfortunately I cannot guarantee your order will not have been processed.

You will find your order wrapped in manilla paper. Which is made in the UK from 100% recycled paper. The labels, boxes and shredded paper are also made from recycled material and can therefore be recycled again. Please be mindful when it comes to our planet and try to recycle or reuse products as much as possible.
