Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification. All orders are shipped using a 3-5 day delivery service.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let me know within 12hrs of placing your order by sending me a message via the Contact page and a refund will be issued. After this time unfortunately I cannot guarantee your order will not have been processed. If your item has been shipped you will need to follow the Returns Policy. 

Returns - If you are not entirely happy with your order (please remember each product is hand made and although I aim to make each product exactly the same, you may find a slight variation) simply send me a message via the Contact page and I can arrange for you to return your item. Please be aware you will need to cover the cost of returning your item. All items being returned must in the original packaging. 

Faulty Goods - Should an item arrive with you damaged please notify me via the Contact page and I can arrange for you to return your item. All items being returned must be in the original packaging.

Refunds - Once I have received your returned item a refund will be issued. Please allow 5 working days for refunds to be processed back into your account. 

You will find your products wrapped in manilla paper which is made in the UK from 100% recycled paper. The labels, boxes and shredded paper are also made from recycled material and can therefore be recycled again. Please be mindful when it comes to our planet and try to recycle or reuse products as much as possible.  

All my candles are made from a natural plant wax and scented with fragrance & essential oils. Plant wax is completely natural and non-toxic for a cleaner burn.

Safety First - Please ensure you follow the safety guidelines printed on your packaging and never leave a burning candle unattended. 

Burning - To get the most out of your candle always ensure you allow the burn pool to fully cover the surface and reach the sides each time, this will help you to avoid candle tunnelling. It is also recommended you keep the candle wick trimmed to roughly 1/4 inch.

Candle Sweating - It is advised to keep your candle in a cool place. However, this is not always possible therefore your candle may experience what is known as candle sweating. All my candles are made using a natural plant based wax and therefore it may possibly sweat if it is exposed to temperature changes. Please be aware this will not affect the performance/burning of your candle.
